Led by the Paragon Developments team, this home underwent significant alterations, including a second-floor extension to maximise living space. Newly created rooms include an expansive tiled bathroom, bathed in natural light courtesy of a lightwell and a Velux window. Downstairs, the remodelled kitchen makes full use of the newly created space, with the welcome addition of a walk-in larder. Externally, a covered patio and expansive heated pool create an outdoor entertaining area that will be enjoyed year-round.
The retained frontage of the house also received the gold-star treatment. Our team replaced and updated original materials, ensuring this bungalow stands proudly for another 100 years.
